Grammy-nominated flutist and composer Valerie Coleman’s Seven O’Clock Shout—an anthem honoring frontline workers—opens the program with vibrant energy. Mozart’s stormy and dramatic D minor Piano Concerto follows with brilliance and passion. The night culminates in Sibelius’s majestic Symphony No. 2, a sweeping journey from darkness to light that echoes the strength of the human spirit.
