Music Unites Us

The Holland Symphony is launching Music Unites Us...

a collaboration between HSO and the Holland community, spotlighting the diverse musical cultures in our area.

The story that started it all

In August 2021, The Holland Symphony welcomed Mariachi Garibaldi to the stage. This collaboration helped us to celebrate Hollandʼs Hispanic community and their music!

An audience member came to us at the concert and asked if her musical culture could be featured next…and the idea was born.

Mariachi Garibaldi returns to play with us again! August 13, 2022. Free admission.

Details

HSO seeks local music groups to continue this musical celebration of Holland’s music.

HSO has a composer standing by to translate your culture’s music into orchestral music featuring your group as our guest artist.

We are interested in every kind of instrumental/vocal ensemble.

Performances begin at our 2023 Free Community Concert and there is no cost to the participating musical groups.
