Music in Me Holiday Music!

April 2, 2021 @ 12:00 am

Music In Me Holiday Music!

In this class children and caregivers explore music of the holiday season with instruments, movement, and songs. Early exposure to music in this playful environment positively impacts children’s cognitive, social and emotional development. Children observe, sing, dance and play along in this nurturing environment, absorbing musical concepts that lay important groundwork for development of the whole child as well as future music study, while enjoying the music of the season!

This class is taught by Rebecca Wierks in collaboration with the Holland Symphony Orchestra. Rebecca has a bachelor’s degree in music, and has taught Kindermusik and Music in Me classes and private music lessons in Holland.

Date: Friday, Dec 1st

Time: 5:00-5:45

Age: 6months-5yrs with a caregiver

Location: The Holland Midtown Center room 106

Cost: $12

“We LOVE Music in Me and Miss Becca!  She is incredibly talented as a musician and also as a teacher!  The class is engaging, fun, and educational.  My children sing the songs at home, and both my husband and I are amazed at how much she accomplishes in each session in such a positive, nuturing way.  Miss Becca sure has a way with children!  We are thrilled to have discovered this for our children and simply can’t say enough great things about Music in Me!”
